Worcester Yacht Club Rates & Facilities
Worcester Yacht Club offers comfortable, family-friendly facilities for visitors and members.
Our offerings include:
- 19 campsites
- 1 one-bedroom cottage
- A scullery
- Undercover communal braai area
- Children’s outdoor play area
- Clubhouse facilities
- Boat launch slipway
- Stunning ablution blocks with baths and showers
- Separate bathroom for disabled persons
Camping Rates per Night
- Site Fee: R660 per night
- Includes six people (aged 2 years and older) and two vehicles.
- Each site may have one caravan or two tents.
- Extra Vehicle: R165 per day
- Boat Launch Fee: R165 per day
Campsites are approximately 80m², mostly grassed, with some offering tree cover or waterfront positions. All campsites have electrical points and braai facilities.
Grass Campsites
Located near the ablution facilities and clubhouse, these sites offer a mix of grass and paved areas, with most providing trees for shade.
Waterfront Campsites
The Waterfront sites are prime, grass-only stands situated right on the dam’s edge — ideal for those who want to camp with uninterrupted views of Brandvlei Dam.
Please ensure vehicles display a disc visibly at all times.
Cottage Rates
CAPTAIN’S CABIN
- Weekend Rate: R1,000 per night (minimum 2-night stay on weekends)
- Weekday Rate: R750 per night
- Extra Vehicle: R165 per day
- Boat Launch Fee: R165 per day
- Breakage Deposit: R500 (refundable within 7 days after checkout)
- Member’s Rate: R750 per night
The Captain’s Cabin is a fully air-conditioned one-bedroom cottage featuring one queen bed and two single beds, a bath and shower, and a lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and crockery. The patio includes a braai and a small private garden.
Additional cleaning services are available between Monday and Thursday at R300 — please book in advance.
Please bring your own towels.
Day Visitors
Admission is from 08:00 to 17:00.

- Child (under 12): R50
- Boat Launch Fee: R165
- Wind / Kite Surfer: R150 (Become a member for R750/yr)
Due to safety and space constraints, day visitors are limited at the discretion of WYC management.
Please note:
- Day visitors may not launch jet skis.
- Day visitor access is subject to management approval.
